The Strum Public Library serves library patrons in Strum, Eleva, and surrounding areas in Trempealeau and Eau Claire counties. As part of the Winding Rivers Library System, based in LaCrosse, WI, our materials are available to library users throughout Wisconsin. Our collections include fiction and non-fiction books, cds, dvds, videos, reference materials, newspapers, magazines and some local historical items.
Our new library opened in 2006 offering a wonderful environment and improved access and materials. Fundraising efforts continue and donations of any size are welcome and appreciated.
